Results Annual Fund 2007 /2008

With most not for profit organisations now launching an Annual Fund, it seemed like the logical step for BMS to take in 2005 when we began planning our first campaign. An Annual Fund campaign is an extremely effective way for us to obtain some of the more immediate items that many of our departments need to further enhance the education of BMS students.

This past year has seen support for BMS fundraising projects grow spectacularly.

We asked for your support in developing our cricket practice facilities and we were able to provide these before the cricket season began. We invested in science and robotics and we are now making the purchase decisions for boats for the Boat Club. We have also received sufficient monies and pledges to fund two full Modern Bursary Awards which over the course of the students' education will amount to in excess of £170,000. These are wonderful results and we couldn't be more grateful with the response and contributions that we have received.
